LATE POLICY
We understand sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, as a courtesy to the next guest if a client is more than 10 minutes late we may shorten, cancel or reschedule the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Color and Extension Services must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Anything less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be 60% of scheduled service price. 

Haircut, Styling, Updo, Makeup, and Lash Services must be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time. Canceling anything less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service.     

NO SHOW POLICY
If a client does not call to cancel an appointment, the client will be charged 60% of scheduled service price and lose book ahead privileges. 

RETURN POLICY
Unused/unopened product(s) will be accepted up to 10 days from the date of purchase and will be issued a full refund in the original form of payment. Returns made 11 to 21 days after the date of purchase will be refunded in the form of a salon credit. After 21 days, returns will not be accepted.

Opened product(s) will be accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase and will be refunded in the form of a salon credit. No exceptions. 

Gift cards once purchased can not be returned/refunded. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized card use. 

Jewelry and accessories are not eligible for return.
